About Mandarin Playbook

Mandarin Playbook helps English-speaking families, learners, and classrooms support Mandarin practice without pretending to replace teachers, tutors, immersion schools, or formal curriculum.

The site focuses on printable, low-pressure practice: vocabulary cards, character tracing, pinyin tone work, matching games, rich theme sets, and short parent-guided mini lessons.

Mandarin Playbook is an independently operated educational resource. It is not affiliated with Google, a school district, a language-testing organization, or any of the publishers and learning products it may reference.

Why This Exists

Many parents want to help, but they do not know Chinese themselves. Mandarin Playbook keeps activities small, clear, and printable so a family can answer: “What can we practice today?”
